📜 Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Hippy Magick, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

**Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged; no other refunds or exchanges are offered.

Due to the personal nature of our products (skincare, body care, wellness products), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit.

Once damage is verified, we will offer, at our discretion, a replacement or refund for the affected item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
